The Back-Up Trust is a registered charity that supports people with spinal cord injury (SCI) to surpass their aspirations. Back-Up runs a variety of courses (day, weekend or week long) that are aimed at both able bodied people and those with SCI to challenge themselves – from activities such as skiing to drama!

Jimmy has embarked upon a series of remarkable challenges since being paralysed - and was recently hit by a car on a fundraiser. Let's hope the driver has insurance - something that unfortunately Jimmy did not have at the time of his original accident. Great fundraising activities are a feature of Jimmy's site and you could get involved.
